BOOKING/ PAYMENT/ APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please note, balance is due the day of the procedure. We do not accept in state or out of state checks. We are required a $50 booking fee to book an appointment. The booking fee is Non-refundable and will be applied toward your remaining balance the day of appointment. We can take credit card from clients, but 3% processing fee will be charged. Cash is preferred method for tipping.

Appointments are scheduled on a first come basis. Your procedure appointment date and time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure personalized service. Unlike regular salons, where many clients are seen at the same time, Lovely Lashes & Brow artist sees one client at a time for several hours. Because her time is committed to you—and others may want that same appointment time—we need your commitment. So a credit card is required to reserve your procedure date and time. It is for guarantee only—you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without any charge.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your procedure. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time, a fee of ($50 for lashes extension, and 50% for microblading/powder brow) will result in losing the booking fee. (For two procedures in the same day, the late notice penalty charge will be $100). This policy also applies to complimentary follow-up appointments, but the fee is one-half per procedure.
RESERVING PROCEDURE APPOINTMENTS BY BOOKING

If you do not want to reserve your appointment by credit card, you can pay a $50 booking fee with cash (two procedures scheduled on the same day requires a $100 booking fee). Your booking fee will be deducted from the total fee on your procedure day. The balance due at your appointment may be paid by cash, credit card. 3% processing fee plus tax is being applied to payments done via credit card. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your procedure. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time, your booking fee will be forfeited (not refunded)
REFUND POLICIES

The results of any cosmetic procedure, including cosmetic cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, whether or not a client is satisfied with his/her results, there will be no refunds.
**** For Microblading/Power Brows: Complimentary touch up is ONLY valid within 6-8 weeks of initial visit. If you need to reschedule your complimentary touch up, you will be charged $100 if your Artist is unable to book you in before your 8 week deadline. No Exceptions.
VISITORS AND CHILDREN

CDC-OSHA guidelines do not allow observers in the procedure room. So there is no guest policy due to cross contamination and interruption. Family or friends can remain in the waiting room if desired. They are also welcome to participate during consultation. We do not do semi permanent tattoos for persons under age 18. The entire office, including waiting room, is not equipped for children or babies. Child care arrangements must be made prior to all appointments.”
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE POLICY

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you are fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours, you will lose your booking fee and $50 booking fee will be charged to your credit card. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE with an additionally required deposit to make a new service reservation.
LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will shorter your appointment window
NO SHOW POLICY

Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, will lose their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full plus the fee for the missed appointment/s before being rescheduled.
Fees and policies are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.
